Hello, here at custom jewellery and cosmetics, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items once an order has been delivered as these items are vintage / discontinued.

Custom jewellery and cosmetics sell both full and partial-unused, vintage / discontinued items the items that consist of this are fragrance’s, perfumes and jewellery.

Please take time and thoroughly read the item descriptions of each listing and have reviewed the photos attached to the listing,

For all items will be well packaged and secured from damage and leakage.
