We specialize in vintage jewllery, fragrances and cosmetics. offering a variety of items some are rare, discontinued and no longer in production and also have some fragrences and jewellery that are still being contunied. SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We make every effort to accuratly describe our Vintage items  this will include things like the condition, age and proveneace. but because of some of the discontniued items we list minor variations in colour, scent, character and appearence may take place and are not considered defects. Historcical product information is provided for refernece only, we also provide the right to protect errors or update listings at nay time. 

SECTION 4 - PRICING, PAYMENTS, & BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. because our vintage and discontinued inventory is highly limited and often irreplacable, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. prices also may change without notice this will directly refelct the one of a kind nature of our inventory. We also have the right to discontinue any product or services at any time without liability to you or any third party. 

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All custom content created by us and displayed on this website  specifically including but not limited to, our orginal product phototgraphy, unique product descriptions, text, layout and data comolations is the exclsuive property of custom jewellery and cosmetics Ltd and is protected by domestic and international copyright laws. you are strictly prohibted by domestic and international reproducing, scraping redistributing, or republishing any of our orginal product photography or written content for commercial use without our express written consent

This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. SECTION - 10 VINTAGE, DISCONTINUED, AND NEW PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS All items sold by Custom jewellery and cosmetics Ltd are vintage antique unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our inventory consists of a curated selection of vintage jewellery, discontinued fragrences, cosmetics and select current production fragrances by purchasing from us, you acknoledge and agree to the following product-specific conditions: 

  • Fill levels: products may be full partial, or otherwise noted in the indvudual listing. Fill level is disclosed in each product description to the best of our ability. 
  • condition items are vintage and antique may show some age-appropriate wear including box wear, label fading or minor cosmetic imperfections. All known flaws are disclosed in the listing. 
  • Fragrance integrity: Vintage fragrances may have evolved in scent character or scent profile and longivity over time due to age, exposure or storage history before reaching our inventory. but over time due to age and storage. this is unavoidable when it comes to vintage and antique fragrances and is not grounds for return. We gurantee the authnticity of our stock but we cannot guranetee the authincity of our stock, but we cannot gurantee that a discontinue fragrance will smell exactly as it did when it orginally manufcatured years ago.
  • Current Production Fragrance: For newer fragranaces still in production, manufactures frequently reformulate scents without chanaging the packaging. we are not responsible for manufacturer reformulations or changing ingredients. 
  • All vintage jewllery items are sold in "as-is" or "pre-owned"  condition. due to their age, these items may exhibit minor wear, or unique aging characteristics. We make every efffort to photograph and descirbe conditions accurately, but minor imperfections are inherent to vintage items and do not constitute defects. All known condition issues are disclosed in individual listing. 
  • Authenticity: All items are repersented to the best of our knowledge and sourced with absolute care. WE DO NOT SELL REPRODUCTIONS OR COUNTERFEITS. 

By purchasing from Custom jewellery and cosmeticts Ltd, you acknowledge and accept the vintage and pre-owned nature of all items. 

SECTION 11 - PERSONAL USE ONLY - NO RESALE OR DECANTING All purchases form Custom jewellery are intended for personal use only. 

  • Resale, unauthorized decanting, or redistribution of any product purchased from Custom jewellery and Cosmetics Ltd is strictly prohibited 
  • Custom jewellery and Cosmetics Ltd reserves the right to cancel, refuse or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders we believe are intended for commercial resale, decanting for profit, or redistributiion. 
  • Customers found to be purchasing for resale or decanting purposes may be have their orders cancelled, accounts their orders cancelled, accounts suspended, and may be held responsible for any applicable fees or losses incurred by Custom jewellery and cosmeticts Ltd. 

SECTION 12 - ORDERS AND BILLING We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. we may limit quantites purchased per person or per order. particularly this may occur where orders appear to be placed by resellers or distrubtors. in the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone numbers provided at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and account information for all transactions. 

SECTION 13 - USER SUBMISSIONS Any unsolcited feedback, ideas, or submissions you send us may be used by Custom jewellery and cosemetics Ltd wothout obligation or compensation. You are solely responsible for accuracy and legality of any content you submit.

We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors, with notice to you.
